RootWords is a morpheme (smallest meaningful part of a word) based app. It teaches vocabulary broadly. It teaches the tools for decoding unknown words. It is fast. Pick a root, spin in affixes to see words quickly if you know the meaning of each part, or slowly if you want to dissect each part. Bravo to the teacher using word boards.
