Welcome to HeyThere Insights! Below, you'll learn how to post projects, how much they cost, how educators interface with you, and how payment is managed after work is completed.
How to Post a Project
Click: Post a New Project
Choose the type of project, category, and start to fill in details.
Include Minimum Payment in Title
Use a title that will grab educators' attention. Include the $$$ for easy scanning. Be specific with your request(s) in the details.
Publish & Pay Listing Fee
Once you complete the required fields, you'll publish your listing, and be prompted to pay a listing fee using Stripe.
Get Approval & Go Live
Your listing fee includes a project review with recommendations to attract qualified educators. Once approved, your listing goes live within 24 hours.
How Project Listings Work
How Long Are Projects Live?
Projects are active for 30 days to start, with options to extend.
How Much Are Listing Fees?
Each project for teachers is $199 for 60 days. A 3% Stripe fee is added to each educator's payment. Admin projects are priced on a case by case basis, depending on the scope. Subscription options are coming soon!

How Do Educators Complete Projects?
Once you've posted a project, educators can inquire about your projects.
Educators→ Inquire & Make an Offer
If an educator is interested in your project, they will click "Submit offer/inquiry" on your project and either offer the amount you asked, or another amount.
You→ Accept or Reject Offer(s)
You accept or reject offers. Once you accept, you are prompted to pay upfront. No fear: The educator will not be paid until you mark that the service was delivered.
You→ Coordinate the Feedback
You coordinate with the educator to complete the project using the messaging within the platform.
You→ Mark Project Complete
Once the educator has completed their portion, you mark their project complete and payment is delivered seamlessly. If the educator does not complete the project within 75 days, you will receive an automatic refund and the offer will be canceled.
