IEP Assure is a platform created by former Special Education teachers to reduce the overwhelming paperwork that comes with IEPs, progress reports, and accommodation tracking. Our goal is to give teachers more time back while helping them feel clearer and more confident in their documentation. We are looking for Special Ed teachers and general education teachers who support students with IEPs to explore our demo and provide honest feedback. Your insight will directly shape a tool built to make your daily workflow easier, faster, and less stressful.

What do you need from the educator? Outline what you'll ask them to do.*

Participate in a brief demo call where you will: 1. Log in using a provided demo account. 2. Complete simple teacher-focused tasks, such as: - Reviewing a sample student profile - Viewing and interpreting accommodations - Exploring the progress monitoring section - Reviewing a sample progress report 3. Answer a few reflection questions, including: - What would you like added? - What was clear or confusing? - What would save you the most time? - What still feels manual or frustrating? - Were the reports accurate and similar to something you would produce? - What would help you trust this tool enough to use it weekly? 4. Meet for a 10 minute post-demo conversation about the questions above
